Jessica Hynes :Beginnings and Endings 

Jessica Hynes was one of the creators, writers and stars of the British sitcom Spaced and has worked as a writer and actress for over two decades.Hynes has been nominated for a Tony, a Laurence Olivier Award, four BAFTAs (of which she has won one), and three British Comedy Awards (of which she has won two) From 1998 to 2010 appeared in the Royle Family. Hynes appeared as a "right-on" PR person Siobhan Sharpe in the London Olympic centred satire Twenty Twelve. In 2018 saw her directorial debut in a the film The Fight, due for release in 2019.

Jessica Hynes will be in conversation with artist and Strangelove Director Terry Smith, will discuss and share favourite beginnings and endings of films that had a significant affect on their practice. The conversation will be moderated by Jennifer Thatcher.
